Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customersupport@kasibuy.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. For returns using a prepaid label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Free Shipping on orders over R2 500.00

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
